  1. How do I know which pad is best for me?
    1. We generally recommend you start with the standard pegpad. 
  2. What if the pad won't stay on?
    1. Tape the slit. Not your skin. The slim pad struggles to stay on the tube without some tape across the slit. 
  3. Can I try samples?
    1. Yes! Either order a sample pack or send us a message through the contact portal if you want a sample of a specific pad type and shape. 
  4. How many times can you wash the washable pads?
    1. 3-5 times
  5. How should I wash the washable pads?
    1. We recommend handwashing and air drying or drying in a dryer on low.  Handwashing you should get 3-5 uses. Some people have used a dishwasher or washing machine. We don't recommend this because especially if detergents are used, the pad will lose much more absorbency with a machine wash. 
  6. Why do you have square pads and circular pads? Which is better?
    1. If you compare the area of the two pads, the square pad is a better bang for your buck: 6.25 sq.in vs 5.72 sq. in for the round pad. 
    2. Not so fast, scientifically a drop of water diffuses in a circle, not a square, so won't some of the square be wasted? Yes. 
    3. Now scientist, did you consider this? Having dry corners on the square is nice because then you have something to grab to remove the pad that is not soiled. 
    4. Ahh interesting! Now one last point - the square pads produce less waste during manufacturing so they are more environmentally friendly. 
    5. So you decide what is right for you. 
  7. Do you have other colors available?
    1. The short answer - not really. We are focused on making the best pads we can. This does not mean that you cannot express yourself with pegpads - the waterproof backing on the slim and standard pegpads is fun to draw on with markers and you can make whatever design you want.
